The App is a workplace time & attendance tool used by companies (“Employers”). Employees use the App to record clock-in / clock-out events by tapping their phone on an NFC tag at their workplace.

Roles

Your Employer is the data controller — they decide to use attendance tracking and are responsible for its lawfulness. PAX-PAX acts as a data processor, providing the software and hosting on the Employer’s behalf.

What we collect

The App and platform process only what is needed for attendance:

• Device identifier assigned during enrollment (to bind the phone to an employee).
• NFC tag identifier (UID) and the tag’s location label (e.g. “Main entrance”).
• Check-in / check-out events: type (in/out), timestamp, time zone.
• Employee identity as provided by your Employer (name, employee number, company).
• Company identifier (slug) and the enrollment code you enter once.

We do not collect: precise GPS location, contacts, photos, messages, or microphone/camera data. The App contains no advertising and does not sell your data.

Why we process it

Solely to record and report working time, leave and overtime for your Employer. The legal basis is your Employer’s legitimate interest / employment relationship; your Employer determines this.

Sharing & storage

• Data is stored in your Employer’s private account on the Pax Attendance platform, isolated from other companies.
• Hosting/infrastructure: our servers and Cloudflare (network/TLS). Backups are encrypted.
• We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not use third-party advertising or analytics networks.
• Data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS.

Retention

Attendance data is kept for as long as your Employer requires it for record-keeping and legal obligations. Contact your Employer regarding retention periods.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Because your Employer is the data controller, please direct such requests to your Employer; we will assist them as processor. You may also contact us at office@pax-attendance.com.

Children

The App is intended for use by employees in a workplace and is not directed to children.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes will be communicated through your Employer.

Aplikaciju Pax Attendance („Aplikacija”) pruža PAX-PAX, Požarevac, Srbija („mi”). Kontakt: office@pax-attendance.com

Aplikacija je alat za evidenciju radnog vremena koji koriste firme („Poslodavac”). Radnici Aplikacijom beleže dolazak/odlazak prislanjanjem telefona na NFC tag na radnom mestu.

Uloge

Vaš Poslodavac je rukovalac podacima — on odlučuje da koristi evidenciju i odgovoran je za njenu zakonitost. PAX-PAX je obrađivač, koji pruža softver i hosting u ime Poslodavca.

Šta prikupljamo

Aplikacija obrađuje samo ono što je neophodno za evidenciju:

• Identifikator uređaja dodeljen pri povezivanju (da veže telefon za radnika).
• Identifikator NFC taga (UID) i naziv lokacije taga (npr. „Glavni ulaz”).
• Događaje dolaska/odlaska: tip (ulaz/izlaz), vreme, vremensku zonu.
• Identitet radnika koji dostavlja Poslodavac (ime, broj radnika, firma).
• Oznaku firme (slug) i kod za povezivanje koji jednom unesete.

Ne prikupljamo: preciznu GPS lokaciju, kontakte, fotografije, poruke, mikrofon ni kameru. Aplikacija nema reklame i ne prodaje vaše podatke.

Zašto obrađujemo

Isključivo radi evidencije i izveštavanja o radnom vremenu, odsustvima i prekovremenom radu za Poslodavca. Pravni osnov određuje Poslodavac (radni odnos / legitiman interes).

Deljenje i čuvanje

• Podaci se čuvaju u privatnom nalogu vašeg Poslodavca, odvojeno od drugih firmi.
• Hosting/infrastruktura: naši serveri i Cloudflare (mreža/TLS). Rezervne kopije su šifrovane.
• Podatke ne delimo sa trećim stranama za njihove svrhe i ne koristimo reklamne ni analitičke mreže trećih strana.
• Podaci u prenosu zaštićeni su HTTPS/TLS-om.

Rok čuvanja

Podaci se čuvaju onoliko koliko Poslodavcu treba za evidenciju i zakonske obaveze. Za rokove se obratite Poslodavcu.

Vaša prava

Možete tražiti pristup, ispravku ili brisanje podataka. Pošto je Poslodavac rukovalac, takve zahteve uputite Poslodavcu; mi pomažemo kao obrađivač. Možete nas kontaktirati i na office@pax-attendance.com.

Deca

Aplikacija je namenjena radnicima na radnom mestu i nije namenjena deci.

Izmene

Politiku možemo ažurirati; datum „Poslednje ažuriranje” će se promeniti. O bitnim izmenama obaveštavamo preko Poslodavca.
